Singer Music merchandise is guaranteed against manufacturer defects according to each individual manufacturer. Any authorized return other than for a manufacturer defect will be subject to a 20% restocking fee less any shipping charges.  We will gladly assist you in obtaining any warranty service from manufacturer.  Any item that is returned must be in new condition, not used and in original packaging. There are legal restrictions on certain items such as open reeds, harmonicas, earphones, ear buds, cleaning products, sheet music, open strings and tubes therefore No Returns or Exchanges are allowed. Before any merchandise can be returned you must obtain a RA Number from Singer Music within 10 days of original order.
